Please note that volunteers do not receive funds for their time.
It is essential that you complete this form in full and return it to the EPIC Foundation.

We offer community service hours for school students through various donation-based initiatives. The options listed below are all eligible for participation. Upon receipt of donations, we will issue a certificate reflecting the allocated service hours.

Deliveries may be made to our office on Saturday mornings between 09:00 and 12:00. We are located in Steeledale, in the south of Johannesburg.

Kindly contact us in advance to confirm availability, as there are occasional Saturdays when our office may be closed
